Accelerator Workshop For Blockchain Startups/Enterprises

5-day workshop

Build a Proof of Concept with your team in collaboration with our instructors. This workshop is ideal for early-stage startups with a limited budget, looking to validate their business model in a short timeframe.

About Our Renowned Workshop

Financial platforms built using blockchain technology have become one of the fastest growing areas of FinTech. Finance consortiums, banks, insurance companies, supply chain organisations and healthcare firms are busy building Proof of Concept applications (PoC) to better understand the capabilities and limitations of this technology.

Proof of Concept applications are built by specialists in blockchain technology. Due to the current talent shortage in the industry, such specialist teams are hard to assemble, coordinate and deliver on results.

Blockchain Hackathon as a Service is a viable alternative to assembling a specialist team. We take developers and designers from your organisation, pair them with our instructors and out comes a full PoC application of your choice in five working days. It’s an amazing opportunity to educate software developers and see a custom designed blockchain application in action. Days 1 and 2 are oriented towards educating the participants, while the rest of the time shall be dedicated to building the PoC application.

Prior to the Hackathon, a PoC specification must be made in conjunction with the instructors. This specification clarifies expectations and deliverables from the hackathon.

Our Goal

Our workshop is geared towards making a Proof of Concept application (PoC) as defined by the customer. In combination with your developers and designers, our blockchain educators and builders will build the PoC over five days of development.

After the workshop, the customer can expect to see a PoC with the agreed backend and frontend functionality. Prior to the workshop, our instructors will review the requirements and align on expectations.

Target Audience

This workshop is primarily aimed at startups or enterprises seeking to simultaneously build a Proof of Concept blockchain application and equip their in-house development team to build blockchain applications. It is ideal for businesses with a limited budget, looking to validate their business model in a short timeframe.

A minimum viable product (MVP) traditionally takes three to four months to validate a business and its technology – costing between €70,000 and €100,000.  Our workshop is designed to deliver our clients an MVP within a shorter time-frame and at a fraction of this cost. The process is structured over a three-week timeframe with a five-day hackathon style workshop conducted in Belgrade, Serbia – home to our international headquarters – with the Blockchain Reactor team and the product owner (stakeholders) from the client side.

Using our experience of working with over 100 tech start-up companies over the last 16 years, we have developed a tried and tested approach to MVP development.

As part of this workshop, key questions around business process flows, user interaction, technology, development flows and timelines, as well as budgets, will be addressed.

This workshop is designed to remove any ambiguity over the selected project by clarifying and verifying the business layer while adding a clear technology overview. This 5-day hackathon style workshop requires the onsite presence of key stakeholder(s) from the client side – a CEO / CTO / CMO / or any other relevant party.

The key personnel will be accommodated in Belgrade during the course of action, together with the Blockchain Reactor team.
